Soldiers slammed for touching Lady's Private Part Before Football Match [PICS]

This happened in Uganda, where female fans got thoroughly 'fondled' (searched), by soldiers for any kind of concealed weapon or bomb.

This happened at Uganda National Stadium, Namboel where the National team played Burkina Faso in the Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers.

The stadium management is currently under blast for the embarrassing images which was captured by a sport journalist at the stadium.
