Minister Caught On Camera Masturbating In His Office [PICS]

A video of a Congolese minister for Posts Telecommunications; Enock Ruberangaba Sebineza who was caught on camera masturbating has gone viral.

In the four minutes and 27 seconds video, Mr Enock is seen unzipping his trousers and pleasuring himself. After he is done, he uses a white piece of cloth to wipe the cum and throws it in a dustbin and resumes work. He actually recorded the session himself. The video looked more like he was doing it for a lady on webcam, as he blew a kiss into the camera at a point in the video.

According to reports, President Kabila and fired Mr. Enock when the video leaked and went viral, tho there has been no official statement on the sacking.
