Popular Nollywood Actor Allegedly High On Weed Cries on Instagram [PICS]

After a viral Instagram video, Nollywood actor, Charles Okocha, popularly known as Igwe Tupac has been accused by fans of getting high on marijuana when he broke down in tears in the 30sec clip.

The actor-turned comedian who had what appeared to be some sort of meltdown on his Instagram page, posted a video where he kept on saying repeatedly that he is going to shine some day, before suddenly breaking down in tears.
