Olamide Reacts To His Song Getting Banned By NBC [PICS]


The Federal Ministry of Health led by honourable Minister Isaac Adewole, stated last week, that singer, Olamide‘s new street anthem ‘WO’ is in violation of Tobacco Control Act 2015.

Not long after, the NBC (National Broadcasting Commission) also banned the song form getting airplay and now, the Wo singer has responded.

The rapper tweeted moments ago saying he had no intention of promoting tobacco to get people killed with his music.

His tweet below:

No intentions of promoting tobacco to get people killed, I love my people, I love my country, one love , one Nigeria #ClearTheAir Oya Wo !

Olamide's, 'Wo' and 'Wavy Level's got banned alongside three other songs from Davido and 9ice earlier today.
